We currently have an image (and illustrator) file that we use as a close button. I want to turn this button into a animated GIF. This animated gif will show the user the time is running out to hit the button. To display time is running out the outside white border will be filled in with a color sweeping like a clock. The time to fill the border will be 15 seconds.
