Design an amazing logo and a billboard design for a GP's surgery

Please, I need these designs by 10pm (Eastern Standard Time) 05/06, I only just learnt of Freelancer...sorry
Got an extension, now I need designs by midday 06/06 :)

Both designs need to be in formats that are scalable without loss of image integrity

LOGO - "Mayfield Medical Connection - Connect to your healthiest you"
We have been using a heart and stethoscope motif, a lot like this one: http://ems.co.richland.wi.us/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/stethoscopeHeart.jpg

I am happy to continue on this line, I am also happy to consider something else entirely if there are any flashes of brilliance out there. I have attached designs that have been thrown around that I'm not overly happy with. It needs to be eye catching and succinct and I know that the name is long and there is a lot of text but I'm not sure what to do about that...again, flashes of brilliance are appreciated.

To further complicate matters, a new surgery opening soon and very nearby has virtually the same name, they are called Mayfield Medical Centre.

The word "Connection" or "Connect" is pivotal to our branding and vision. It is about "Connecting"- patients to doctors, doctors and patients to other practitioners (allied health, pathology etc), ourselves with the community, people to their healthiest selves. We strive to empower people to be proactive about their healthcare and to take responsibility for their wellbeing...not to give them a magic pill that will 'fix' them. WE have visions to provide further services and more practices in the future, they will all incorporate the "connected" theme. The company is actually "Connected Health Practices, trading as Mayfield Medical Connection" For now, all our audience needs is "Mayfield Medical Connection", and the tag line "Connect with your healthiest you"

BILLBOARD - Absolutely no photos of beautiful people who don't exist at our workplace please.

The billboard needs to be simple and clear. Traffic is rarely static in front of it so motorists don't have long to absorb the message. "Over the Bridge - Opposite Diggers" needs to be prominent. The actual bridge is over a railway line so it's a big sweeping corner, these directional words could emulate the track to the surgery and guide the responder through the design.... We need to promote our quality and accessibility, hence "Need a Great Doctor?" Again, open to ideas.

The billboard needs to make a call to action: make people aware that when they need a Dr, they should ring us because we can help them, so it also needs our phone number: 4968 2157 and our web address on it: mayfieldmedicalconnection.com.au, and our logo and tagline.

We currently use Bright red and white, again I am open to yet more flashes of brilliance......
I've attached a word doc with more info and files that I'm not all that happy with for both jobs.

I really look forward to some great designs.....
