- I need an outdoor design for a real estate project named "Reem Residence" which has been designed to give varieties of villas and townhouses regarding the built up areas as well as their surrounding green areas. Reem Residence is offering its duelers their privacy at home. Maintaining the collective asocial life in recreational areas thereby providing the integrated picture of a civilized community.
Customers are offered a multitude of options to meet their needs. Accordingly, the Resort offers four different designs which provide all facilities and ancillary services.

- please note that we make a lot of ads and outdoors before and we need this time to focus on the message " The remaining few villas & it may be the last ad we make " and need it to be very clear .
-we also need to highlight that our real photo is more attractive than the perspective photo .

I see the tags used in this contest are more than the prize money.

So it remains after project charge, $10-$5=$5
