ESL Tutor is a network of websites for teachers teaching English as a second language to speakers of other languages.

Our target market consists of both current ESL teachers and potential ESL teachers (pretty much any native English speaker).

What we want is a set of banners enticing potential clients to sign up for a free trial which includes a full-blown website with some ESL course materials already included. Teachers can just start adding their students to their sites and begin teaching.

Create one banner and optimize it for the different standard sizes:
468 x 60 Full Banner
728 x 90 Leaderboard
336 x 280 Square
300 x 250 Square
250 x 250 Square
160 x 600 Skyscraper
120 x 600 Skyscraper
120 x 240 Small Skyscraper
240 x 400 Fat Skyscraper
234 x 60 Half Banner
180 x 150 Rectangle
125 x 125 Square Button
120 x 90 Button
120 x 60 Button

Banners can be either gif or flash.

If possible, we'd like banners for two possible opportunities - potential users and potential affiliates.

We'd appreciate some creative ideas with the designs.

@deonmfe I am working on the flash and (non)flash banner, but I have only one question. Why everyone use palms/beach/sea photo on the banner? Is it neccessary or may I create my own illustration? I would like to be honest, but prefer to keep quiet.

  As for the beach etc. banners, it is certainly not necessary. I would appreciate a bit of diversity in designs, and especially in copy.
