This is a single page advert for Driving Hours

The aim of the site is to allow HGV drivers to enter their work details into a simple sheet, and it will perform all the calculations they need
All data stored in the cloud, can retrieve from any device, anywhere, anytime

The points to get across in the advert are:-
Replace hand written diary entries with this new system
It will calculate - daily rest, weekly rest, weekly driving hours, fortnightly driving hours, daily working time, POA, Breaks
Indicate when you've reached maximum limits like 3 reduced daily rest periods
Allows planning of future work,ensure planned work is within EU rules
Gives detail required for driver declarations
Agency Timesheets automatically produced

My first test case for this system is at Royal Mail (UK), they have agreed to allow their regular drivers and agency drivers use this system, however, the original posters I used in staff areas were not clear enough as to what this system provides

We are looking for something that can be either A4 or A5 to get the main points across of what the service it is that drivinghours.com provides and how to register/subscribe to start using the system

Although the main project will be using Google Sheets, I've included an Excel file if it helps you with creating images for the final design or images.

Take image captures of relevant sheets from either the excel file or the website/playground

An example of where this poster/flyer will appear
Driver rest room - A4 - it needs to be clear that this system replaces everything they do in their hand-written diaries
Transport Cafés - A5 -Short and brief, drivinghours.com, reduce the time it takes you to do your paperwork from hours, down to minutes

It will also appear on the homepage of drivinghours.com
