Need 2 additional pages (and check the bottom of this description) to my website designed. The website is www.unabie.com

If you go on Queen's University, click on any random course. You will see 2 tabs: Ratings and Wiki.

I need a third tab, which is a forum.

The first page: showing the questions with one or more possible answers. The answers have a voting system of some sort, with a "tick" somewhere indicating whether or not the question has been answered.

The second page: showing the list of questions.

***Important***
I also want the tabs on the page (i.e. the one with "Ratings", "Wiki", and now "Forum", redesigned, I don't like the way it looks.

EDIT:
The question and answers posted for each thread should show the user, user image and the number of points that the user has. Just like in any modern day forum.

EDIT:
When a user answers a question, the answer box should be a good size, and should have icons for "Bold", "Italic", inserting code, inserting images....etc. Many forums have this and this forum is no different.

EDIT:
I have decided the point system should be based on 2 things: A "Like" icon, and an "Answered" icon.

Since it already has all the "bold, italic, code"... icons
