Need a complete new look for a page in a wordpress site. But does not need to be in coding just the graphics and text.

This is the basic idea of the site i have in joolma so you get the feel of what the idea of that page is. http://clipin.com.au/colour-match-hair
This now will be on a white background for a new wordpress site.
- Will need to include the following. can be in button form but will need to be a creative font and layout.
- Title - Free Colour Consultation service

- What look would you like to achieve?

- Upload that gorgeous image of yourself.

- Please supply us with your email address to reply back to you!

- Instant email reply from a qualified L'oreal Hair colourist at your fingertip ( No trip needed to the hairdressers! )

I also have a image that i would like somewhere on that page but in a really well presented way.

The text can be black but I'm open for touches of hot pink as well.
