Contest Brief

I would like someone experienced in UI Design and change the colors and to re-organize this homepage, Throw in any ideas into the design that you think would look great. Include graphics and any elements that will make the page tie in together. I'm not looking for a complete do over, I like the header with the city of Atlanta, I would like some type of photo in the footer that's reverent to a music artist.

I will be looking to award this project within 1 hour. I am waiting at the desktop for the winning "rearranged design"

I think it's too much white on the homepage, maybe a section where it changes color to a blue background, and then back to white.
