I need website design for a new SaaS product. For this contest I'm after one page to see the concept - there will be more pages needed after this but I will work with the winner on how to proceed with them.

Feel free to come up with whatever colours design etc you think will work. I may have a logo already which would go in the top left, this will likely be blue. The logo in the screenshot is just a placeholder but if you can come up with a good logo feel free to add it in.

The page is a redesign of the screenshot attached. Needs to have:
•Banner area with logo, search box and button, then logout button.
•Menu on left hand side with photo and name of current user. Links to News Feed and Performance Framework. Employee header and then list of employees.
•Main content area with name of employee, photo with details and links as shown. Performance framework grid. "Add activity" should be a button that stands out. Then header for the month and example of timeline item - not all elements will be displayed (e.g. may not have comments or Like link) - design needs to be able to handle this.
