I need design for Link Manager.
Please use your imagination all below requirements can be ignored if you'll have better solution.
Only one strict requirement. Everything must look Clean, Light and Simple.

Page must contain List of Links separated by categories and subcategories.
every link row must contain:
1. Status of Link (UP or DOWN)
2. Delay of Request ( 10ms - 60s )
3. Name
4. Visible link
5. Link Description
6. Votes ( 1 Positive / 3 Negative )
7. Comments
8. Tags
