Hackeat
Brooding relationships between food and people.

Hackeat is about new beginnings. This is why our visual identity is an egg: the beginning of life, the beginning of many meals and the beginning of many beautiful days.

Hackeat is about people and its passion for food. We are people from the food business, cultivating food entrepreneurs to formalize and grow their food businesses.

The Hackeaters are our entrepreneurs. They are people with a food passion and looking for commercial space, technical assistance and access to market opportunities. They post their project with a brief summary of it, its menu or products, location or truck, atmosphere, financial plan and rewards from the Hackeat network of restaurants and food products.

The Brooders are our supporters. They are looking for new and exclusive food events. This is the place where you can get exclusive rewards on great products, cool events, exclusive catering for events and preferred reservations on the hottest restaurants. By doing so, you will also be helping new local chefs to ignite their own business.

Hackeat provides product coaching, financial advisory, supplying and operations support, marketing consultancy, kitchen facilities and a network of food industry coaches to grow your love for food. Hackeat charges 5% of the funded money to maintain its operations.

Hackeat needs a website for connecting both Hacketers starting a project and Brooders discovering an exclusive reward. The website needs to be a mix between Kickstarter (https://www.kickstarter.com) and Groupon (http://www.groupon.com/)

Hackeat is about bold simplicity. The website should be minimalistic and sophisticated. Egg yellow is our main colour (Pantone 14-0848), and black and white our secondary colors.

c. Events/Restaurants map page where you can see where to redeem your reward.
d. Pages where we can upload video and pictures from events.
e. Feed from our social networks.
