I need to replace my actual temporary company website with a single responsive page, capturing the actual content section and showing only on popups hovering on hot spots (Technology - only main page content, Innovations - only main page content, Skills - only main page content, Bio, Resume with download option); the content can stay the same, I will handle it later.

I am not sure about the graphic at all but what I need to represent if that I bring "Cool" "Skills" to the table, IT experience, Leadership, Mentorship, Ownership, as in my BIO and I would like to have ideas on that and at least a couple of options to choose from and validate the outcome. Logo stays, you can use the same for now but it won't have the ", LTD" after the company name.

Actual website is http://www.coolskills.net, is temporary and not used, very old and not functional; I need to make it simple, direct, informative on what is on the table and fast.
