I need graphics design for a website that has been somewhat completed. You will notice on the bottom where there appears to be books that come out in a light box, The books area which says "vitrectomy education" need a cover images with the following titles below.
The title cover size is 483px x 640px

It would be nice to see the logo on the cover image as well, along with an eye like the attached image.
