We need a clean and user-friendly website design for an online IPTV website.

About the content:
200+ TV channels separated into 8 categories: General, News, Movies, Entertainment, Kids, Documentary, Sports and Music

Design must be:
100% CSS (no JS, no tables)
100% W3C compliant
Fluid design to accommodate from mobile phone screens to widescreen TVs

Please provide mockups for:
Main page (welcome screen)
Channel listing
Player view

If your design is selected, we will work with you a further 7 days to design other aspects of the site (account management, payment pages, etc)
We will also require all PSD, HTML and CSS files of the design
