Contest Brief

I have a custom MIS system that has a rather confusing set of CSS styles. I am looking to replace the interface bit by bit.

Attached is a wireframe model used by my front end builder for a new Grade input form. What I would like is to have a template design that looks something like our current system, but able to work on PC's Laptops and mobile devices. The competition is for us to find one or more graphics or CSS designer to be used on a number of future projects, so this is just a starting point.

This interface is to be used by teachers, so it must be clean easy to use, and adult. This is not a system to be used by pupils, so NO unicorns
