Background: The sun rarely shines in NE Ohio
T-shirt design reading: "Wheres the Sun" designed in a similar way to the "Wheres the Beef" shirts of the 80s/90s. Includes an Ohio state outline/logo/etc. with northeast-ohio cleveland/akron/canton area) in some way.
