I need a variation of the attached shirt design since I don't own it but I like it. It's targeted at women. The team is the Pittsburgh Penguins. I don't have a license to use the team name or logo, but using the word Penguins, as is shown, is acceptable use. The same color scheme is necessary as well, as they're the team colors.

It can be as simple as a variation of the attached so it's different enough for me to use, or it can be your own, hopefully more cool, design.

I may buy more than one of the designs, and I will be looking for a men's shirt as well after this contest is over.

It would be better if you elaborate on your idea so designer can design it to suit your needs and avoid getting rejected.
