Contest Brief

I am looking for some to create a 8 1/2 x 11 blank page with our watermark on it, and at the bottom, I would like a "temporary" card similar to the template attached.

This will be printed in black and white so all graphics should accommodate that.

The names, dates and type of class held will be merged in using a word processor.

The card should be similar in nature to the jpg that is attached with any security features that you can think of.

You must be willing to give me the photoshop file if you win.

Please see the template, and our logo attached.

The card should have the text:

____________________________________

has participated in the course:

___________________________________

It should have our company name on it as well.

Just a reminder. The cert goes on the top, and the card on the bottom. The card should show the front and the back. They will cut it out and fold it in half. It should show the cut here marks as well.
