Design a Simple Logo for Bright & Shiny Cleaning Services

G'day Freelancers,
My client requires a vector based logo for their cleaning business; "Bright & Shiny Cleaning Services". The finished article will need to be simple but eye catching and will be used on the clients new website, printed materials and embroidered on to uniforms.
You will need to provide two versions on transparent backgrounds;
1. Bright & Shiny (with no sub heading)
2. Bright & Shiny (with the words "Cleaning Services" under the main text in a bold black font.)
The words bright & Shiny will be in this aqua blue colour - #9cd4f5 with a black border around the text itself.
Behind the words Bright & Shiny will be an image of the sun, as if at sunrise, poking its head up behind the text. The sun image will be in a single yellow colour.
Please DO NOT use any shading of any kind, as previously mentioned this logo will be embroidered on to uniforms with only black, blue and yellow colours, so needs to not be too complicated. The logo should be instantly recognisable, even from a distance on someone's shirt.
The fonts you choose for this logo, as well as the image of the sun must all be completely royalty free, details of these will need to be provided along with the two versions of the logo, which will be in both a vector based and high quality png format.
Although the prize for this contest is a modest amount the successful Freelancer may have the opportunity to work on higher paying work such as this in the future.

Just a few reminders for the final furlong:
Bright & Shiny text should be this colour #007f7f without an outline
Cleaning services is in black
The sun is in this colour #fe7f00
The sun should be rising behind Bright & Shiny in the centre
My client has expressed that he like the sun design in #128
Please make sure the text is clear, the characters well spaced and is easy to read from a distance.

My client has said that he likes #128 but that the characters in the font are too difficult to read and squashed together. The words Bright & Shiny should be easy to read from a distance.

My client has mentioned that in some of the entries the Bright & Shiny text is difficult to read and that the font used should be clear and the characters well spaced apart, remember this logo will be embroidered on white uniforms.
