Design A Simple Logo For A Website! Now!! (Prepaid)

Contest Brief

We have an idea of a logo we want, and have created some rough drafts, but we want a really nice/high quality professional looking logo for the final! We would like it created in illustrator with multiple different file types so we can use it for websites/t-shirts/flyers etc.

PLEASE MAKE IT KIND OF SIMILAR TO OUR CURRENT LOGO... :)

It is based off of the Philippines flag! So you can search ideas from the Philippines flag. The title of the company is "Hey Joe Show". Check the added files (or hey joe show dot com) for the logo design we are looking for. Please create one that is similar, but feel free to be creative and make it cooler. Thanks.
