Contest Brief

I need a very simple logo for a photography blog I am creating. The theme will be very similar to that found in http://www.dpreview.com so you get an idea.

What I am looking for is Times New Roman font, NOT bold, saying PhotoPika. The logo will be on the SAME line as the text but on the left of it. The logo will be the same size as the text.

IMPORTANT to note:
1) The two letter P's will be an elegant GREEN color, and the rest of the text will be white on a BLACK background.
2) I will need different versions of the logo, one with transparent background, another on an all black background to put up as a facebook logo on the facebook page (must respect facebook dimensions)
3) I have attached the logo so you please use that exact logo, however the colors will be the opposite. All the black parts will be WHITE, and the rest be transparent as this will be put on a black background.
