The scope of work includes creating a business type flyer for the air conditioning industry with hints of the very best design aesthetics. Although the audience is markedly unsophisticated it is important that flyer express professionalism and modernity.

Think infographics meets the Font Bureau. Clean and sophisticated but not snobby.

The product is a computer device that connects, interfaces, a Mitsubishi Electric ductless heat pump system to building automation system .a.k.a Building Management software. BAS or BMS systems control lighting, elevators, fire safety, pumps, security, heating and cooling systems as wells work to monitor and control energy usage. There are many types of BAS/BMS software languages but this device works with the two most popular which are BACnet and LonWorks.

The attached zip files contains information how the interface works.

The flyer must explain how the product works, how much is costs, call to action, and who to contact, while keeping the information to a minimum and with a fifth grade reading level and mindset.

Font: Helvetica Family

Style: Concisely informative, Infographic, Apple iOS

Colors Palette: Open to ideas but keep it professional - Nothing overtly whimsical

Elements: See attached zip file "Flyer Element"

File Format: Photoshop or Illustrator

Uses: This file will be used in email blasts, condensed into a picture ad as well as a printed flyer.
