Contest Brief

We are looking for a logo for our new property development company, Ang Cheng Ho Realty. We are based in Malaysia.

We would like something professional-looking to be used for business cards, letterheads, printed adverts and banners. Preferably in an editable high-resolution format.

We are thinking of incorporating the initials 'ACH' in the logo, but we are also open to any creative suggestions. The style may be classic or modern. Ideally the logo should reflect our nature of business, which we are starting off with landed houses, so elements such as (but not limited to) houses/roof/landscape may be included.

Our preferred colour is olive green.

Update: We have added some example logos that we like. Image 6 (gold) is a preferred one which looks elegant and luxurious. Image 4 and 5 are good too - where the play with the characters "ACH" can be done - with 'A' as the roof possibly and 'CH' on the sides. The roof can be brown and the wordings in olive green. If incorporating green/landscape elements, we will prefer not to use leaves but maybe a tree instead.

Another note: for designs with a roof, please do not add in the chimney as we are based in a tropical climate, thanks!
