Konkurrence Instruktioner

We are looking for talented and creative designers who can design, model, and render a villa interior for the Villa. The villa is located in a scenic and luxurious area. The villa has 1 floor (G+1), The interior design should include the following spaces:

• Ground floor: Hall Way, Living room, Dining room, Majilis area.

• First floor: Family Room, 1 master bedroom, 3 bathrooms with attached baths, walk-in closet, balcony, and terrace.

The interior design should be modern, elegant, and comfortable. we prefer warm and neutral colors, natural materials, and minimalistic furniture. we also want to incorporate some elements of our culture and personality into the design, such as artwork, plants, books, and accessories.

The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in creating modern Scandinavian-inspired designs, as well as a strong background in 3D renderings. Attention to detail and the ability to create a visually stunning and realistic representation of the invention are crucial.

The designers should use 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Maya, or 3DS Max to create realistic and detailed models of the villa interior. The designers should also use rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape to produce high-quality and stunning images of the interior from different angles and perspectives. The designers should submit at least 10 images of the villa interior, showing the layout, furniture, lighting, colors, textures, and decorations of each space.

While we have some ideas & references for specific areas and amenities, I am open to suggestions and would love to see multiple options of designs that can bring creative ideas to the table.

    hello everyone,

    thanks for participating and giving your quick renders, we are glad that you've participated.

    Among all of the areas to work with, we will first start working on the ground floor plan, the area where the living room & dining room are present.
    the main thing to work over there is we need some good options on ceiling renders also we need a big family seating area with a TV facing the windows.

    we have seen in most of the designs, that the sitting area is very small and the tv is placed towards the wall, which we don't want to do it.

    I'll share the plan to be focused primarily in the attachments.
