Dear designers:

I have a website to provide service for billiard fans and I want to deliver a membership card to my customers.

The card should be in rectangle shape with logo (provided in the attachment), 11 digital card number, member name and member sex (icon) included.

Hope it is able to stand for youth, colorful life and billiard.
