Contest Brief

I need a logo designed around the concept of two arrows one pointing up and the other pointing down, separated by some kind of a separator, maybe a hyper plane or space or other. I would need the logo in blue and white version and black and white version. Make sure it is not similar to any other logo already existing. I attach two drafts of what I have in mind but please feel free to surprise me with something more spectacular. I wonder if you can incorporate somehow a ticker (currencies exchange rates floating around the logo), as an option.
