Our company, named Optima Dental, is launching a re-branded website. This new brand needs a fresh logo to be consistent across all outlets including online (website, email signatures, social media + app icons) and print (outdoor signs, business cards, letterheads and envelopes).

Ideally, the logo will be a singular, consistent design that works on all the below channels, OR, a set of a few variations depending on channel/placement. Contest winner must submit the following:

-Logo V1 including words "Optima Dental"
-Logo V2 including words "Optima Dental Portland"
-Logo V2 including words "Optima Dental Lake Oswego"

The logo must be shown with mock-ups for the following:

1. Website home page
(for logo placement and website theme, feel free to borrow from http://themeforest.net/item/eross-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/6300864)

2. Email signature (current email signature design is attached for reference)

3. Social media and app-friendly icon (this could be the same as primary logo, or with some words removed)

4. Business Card

5. Letterhead (general)

6. Outdoor sign. This should be a mock-up for a full billboard ad featuring the logo and and any additional art/copy you see fit. A generic dental billboard example is attached for reference.

More notes:

-Please avoid shapes of teeth from the logo; instead, focus on simplicity and moving away from the traditional dental logos that involves images of teeth.
-We are leaning toward a green as the primary color for this new branding, but feel free to go in your own direction.
-We are leaning towards a flat and simple/clean design aesthetic.
-The current version of the Optima Dental logo is attached for reference.

I don't need to cement regarding the logo but i think that a lot of contest holders we are kidding us, the poor freelancers. You told me when you rate my logo with 4stars it will exam your marketing team. I really wondering your marketing TEAM graduated from "MOM n POP UNIVERSITY" That is this logo a simply and common shape among millions same that there is in digital world. Just to do a small research at shutter stock or stock photo. I think that this contest it is just FAKE. And i really want to see regarding your brief 1) How the logo applicate in your new website theme. 2) How the logo in other version "Logo V2 including words = Optima Dental Portland"

That certainly looks like a 2000$ worth of logo design. Hello Plagiarism. I assure the contest holder that this is not a logo design. Imagine this very same logo on in a single color, white or black? A geometric shape cannot be an identity of a company or brand. While choosing a logo, the iconic logo without the text alone should be able to represent the brand. If it has no unique element, it's just a shape with no identity whatsoever, i.e Apple. Anyway, I'm not trying to demoralize anyone's work but honestly speaking, this is very strange to look at.

Dear Contest Holder Thanks for all your rating. Some designer works a lot of hours regarding your project without you have guarantee the project. I think that it little a single star rate so, i please to find a little time to comment in the designs where you like a little more from others, so we can better understand that you exactly search and your wants, because the design is something subjective for each of us.
