Contest Brief

I need business cards, open house signs (with direction arrow), and Sign for in front of home, I want it all branded the same.
Our group is called "Your Specialty Group" and we "Specialize in People and Places..."

Our Real Estate Team focuses on clients with special needs Folks with lots of pets, or elderly folks, or disabled folks, or folks with poor credit or folks with a short sale, or a trust or a probate, or who are relocating to new areas, etc.

A friend designed this and I do like it, and yet am interested in seeing other ideas that will translate well to my website, open house signs, yard signs, letterhead, banner for website, etc.

There needs to be room on a business card to add a photo - move the KW logo to a different place and the KW logo can be just the KW
The back of the card I want lines and it needs to be able to be written on so we can do that OR to leave it off if one of our team members prefers no photo.

I like the "sell" to say "sell" instead of cell because a client of mine gave me that idea 15 years ago and I like it.
