Design a Logo for WORLDVIEW

Contest Brief
Logo for a new, cutting edge media production business called 'Worldview'.
Worldview creates panoramic photographic content for accelerometer enabled smart mobile devices and virtual reality displays and is valued by corporate clients for it's professional, polished and highly creative implementation of modern, high end content solutions across a range of genres. Worldview content experiences support imagination, freedom and possibility.
REQUIREMENTS;
The business name is one word and in your design may be written as either 'WORLDVIEW' or 'Worldview'.
Circles and related shapes are fine but please do not include a globe of planet earth - too obvious and cliched. 'World' refers to virtual (photographic) world type immersion experiences more than planet earth. And there are many virtual worlds!
Do not include any element that seems to represent a particular medium or technology/hardware. Worldview is not a technology company and has nothing to do with computer games or MMORPG style virtual worlds.
Abstract and subtle is good.
There is no style guide yet ... This is the start and further design work will follow.
Possible final delivery formats required are AI, PSD, JPG and/or EPS.
UPDATE:
- Thank you for the initial entries but I am noticing some include design elements very close to items I have seen when google image searching associated words. It is the freelancers responsibility that submissions can be considered original.
- Any images that appear to show planet earth or eyes or camera shutters will be rejected (when I have more time).
- Please submit designs in simple form (ie not embedding in 3D scenes like on business cards etc)
UPDATE - I have been through the submissions up to entry #183. There are many entries that have a single circular shaped feature object but actually I am very interested in designs that convey a more open concept. A logo that features the whole business name as the main element is OK. My business is not about a single physical world but many possible virtual worlds. Also there are some designs that look very similar - I have not made a careful comparison yet but please be sure I will not choose a winner that has copied another earlier design.
UPDATE Jan 15 - Please note from now on I am very interested in seeing submissions where the business name and extra graphical elements are integrated into one complete graphic (instead of having a name with an emblem above it or beside it that can be separated into two parts.
