Need a logo...for Work Horse Lifts

Colors: Yellow facf07, Blue 3079a7 and white
Please feel free to use any combination of the colors above.

Requirements: Needs look well on dark background as well as white backgrounds (#3079a7)
Would like to have final files in high resolution .jpg, .png also would like .ai and .psd files once final

Attachments: 1. Concepts we like..these are just our ideas, but open to your designs
2. We like these horse heads or something very similar..must be masculine looking, and have good detail.
