I need a logo designed for a new nonprofit association. The association is called Wharton Barracks Soldiers Association, Inc.

The logo should encompass the following into it's design/theme:

1. This is a soldier/US Army military association. I would like elements of the logo to reflect this. Perhaps outlines of a soldier, US Army emblem, etc.
2. Wharton Barracks was located in the City of Heilbronn, West Germany. The logo should include an outline of West Germany (not the Unified Germany we now have) with the location of the City of Heilbronn marked.
3. The logo design should also incorporate elements of the US and West German flags.
4. Wharton Barracks was home to the 237th Combat Engineers as well as various support companies such as the 22nd Maintenance Company. elements reflecting the units stationed there should some how be worked into the design/theme.

The logo will be used as the official logo for the association and will be used on its website, letterhead and member material. We will need file formats that are suitable for all of these formats.
