i think you first have me select me as a winner , because i couln't fint the IP TRANSFER AGREEMENT here, after you select me as a winner there will be an agreemtnt that i have to sign and then i'll upload the files, then you have to go through that agreement within 14 days and then you'll transfer the money to my account.
