I want for someone design me a logo from the following files attached. I want to be a nice logo , appealing, professional, not designated for kids.

Now, you are free to do it as you want, but i have some recomandations :

1. The eyes should be Green
2. The mouth should be a happy one, but not very large or creepy
3. The look of the face should be nice and friendly.
4. The head should be smaller then now, to match with the rest of the body
5. The doctor should hold the C letter from the image attached with the + sign , in the hand somehow, or stay with the elbow on the C letter.
6. I do not have psd or AI file for the text, you should exact the text from there and make it high resolution. I love that font and color, and i would like as much as possible to remain the same, if you have another idea of the font like that, i am open.

I need this within few hours. I don't know Illustrator, so that is why i want to do it by you.
