About us: We are a group of concerned citizens in Richmond, Virginia aiming to work together to build a healthier food community. Our group is made up of farmers, nonprofits, foundations, food banks, city government, health systems and more! These groups will be our audience.

Our mission: building a healthy community by working collaboratively to ensure consistent access to and consumption of nutritious food for all

3 main focus areas: Closing the Hunger Gap, Food System Localization, Access & Equity

Potential workstreams: hunger, urban agriculture, farmers markets, workforce development, transportation, farm-to-school, etc.

About the logo: our vision is using fruits/vegetable somehow with the logo, and for it to portray a collaborative theme...different groups working together. I have attached a local RVA logo if you would like to incorporate that into your design, but it is not mandatory. We would like something colorful and fun, but not too busy
