Contest Brief

I would like the attached logo and business card to be upgraded and revised with a fresh look. I am basically happy with the concept, colors and content but want to have a more finished and professionally designed look. I am not looking for a brand new design, I want this cocept expanded upon. The items you should provide are: 1. A letterhead template for Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. 2. A business card design based on the existing size and style. (Formatted to be print ready) 3. A PDF logo file.

The Hub is a NYC based Construction business Consulting firm. We are hired as an Owner's Representative to manage residential construction projects.
