Contest Brief

I need the attached logo to include the words Team Member (in place of San Antonio) and I want some creative uses of the logo, such as slightly altering it or incorporating it into a cool background. The finished product can not contain more than 3 colors...as this logo will only be used on staff shirts.

    I like pkrishna's font choice...but I also like lokmenshi's use of a background (although the shirt can only have 3-4 colors, total (black, dark gray, and blue from the logo...and another color, such as light gray). I saw a "fading" honeycomb background that looked kinda neat, but it can't actually fade...the honeycombs can get thicker or thinner, but the color would have to be consistent. Just one idea.
