Contest Brief

I need a logo based on the attached color scheme asap. I am guaranteeing a winner. I am also requesting reasonable revisions and final deliverables in a layered psd format. The winner must hand over all copyright and trademark privileges and may not display the logo in any portfolio either online or offline. The logo should be designed for web and print including web based responsive design. The logo will be on a light colored background (white or light gray). The background should e transparent anyway but for your mockup just show it on a white background
