Need a logo for Research and Development department (R&D department - where people develops new products) of my company. Some details:
- We are a food manufacturing company. We produce convenient food like instant noodles; seasoning like soy sauce, fish sauce...; carbonated soft drink; beer...
- Important! Full name: "MASAN R&D" - this should be a part of the logo
- Important! In term of shape and color, the logo should somehow link (or be somehow similar) to the logo of the head company (see attached file)
- Most important! The logo should show the characteristics of our department:
+ SPEED / SIMPLE
+ UNIQUE / INNOVATIVE
+ EFFECTIVE
- Highly appreciate if you can present both 2D and 3D versions
- Winner needs to provide vector design of the logo (illustrator, corel...)

IMPORTANT! Update: Dear freelancers, so far I received multiple designs, some of them are really really beautiful, thank you very much. But they are not exactly what I need, because as posted, the most important is that the logo should show the characteristics of our organization: speed - simple, unique - innovative and effective. Please see idea.jpg as the concept I like: only the stylized letters R-D, and when you look at the logo, you see an arrow fired from a bow and coming to the target - it shows innovative, speed and effective. Of course idea.jpg is just an concept, I hope you can make it more artistic... Thank you in advance.
