  Dear Contest Holder! You've been cheated: for such money you've get slightly modified vector that a lot of companies uses - examples : http://www.sinistrales.com/images/serv-icon-3.png and http://static.wixstatic.com/media/9e15d2_cf4d66abfe28e5aaff0f7b75fb4da9a7.png_srz_42_39_85_22_0.50_1.20_0.00_png_srz also there are many similar variants. Please, reconsider your decision as mtnavalanche don't have even author rights for the shape of this house. Always willing to help, Vitalij.

     legol2s, I suggest you to read about the law because you seem to have little knowledge. You can not charge someone as long as you have no proves. About the trademark registration, there is no idea copying and if you think the opposite, I suggest you once again to send me from where the logo was copied or imitated. I'm sorry law cannot decide upon YOUR opinion whether it is similar or not to others designs.

     I suggest that i work in this sphere longer of you and always have to work with licenses, commercial use of some graphical elements and commercial fonts terms of use, etc. There is nothing to talk about - CH declined your work and awarded an honorable work as a winner, i'm more than satisfied. I think that we shall meet again at other contest, hope you will be using unique performance. Thanks.

  In this case you just need to ask the support team to cancel awarded person because of plagiarism, or copy work, they almost always will approve such decision and there will be some time to pick a new work. I can provide you some good variants that are not used anywhere else, as your company deserves this, while not using the logo which a lot of companies have.
