We are a new real estate brokerage based in Athens Greece, currently seeking a graphic designer to help create a new company logo for us to use it in our website header (see attached screenshots) and for business cards.

The name of our company is "Hellenic Investments Group". In short HiGroup. The name of the website will be Higroup.gr
This name does NOT have to be incorporated into your logo, but it may be if you wish.
You are free to decide the width of the logo.

Our business revolves in that the buyer will be the one who will propose and/or determine the price of the house he wants to buy.This of course in logical margins.Obviously one cannot buy a villa for a euro.

All the houses,villas e.t.c. being sold are solely in Greece.

We have attached screenshots so you can get an idea of how the website more or less will be since it is not finished yet.
The logo will be placed up left as you can see in the screenshot 02 and will replace the text "Higroup" .

If you could post your logos attached on the provided screenshots it will be much appreciated.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to ask. We will do our best to provide feedback on your work as it comes in so you can see the creative direction we'd like to head in.

UPDATE 1
You DON'T have to make the color of your logo as the color of the above mention text.

We notice most logo's are using blue colors.From the attached screenshots of the site blue is already the dominant color.
We thing maybe (maybe not) it would be interesting to see other color variations too in order to "break" the blue color dominance but in a way which would be suitable.
