Konkurrence Instruktioner

We are a three year old company and want to adopt a new company logo design. Our company manufactures flexible traffic doors like strip doors and flexible impact doors.

We serve the food industry, and industrial and warehouse applications.

You can see our website at www.clearwaydoor.com. We have used an old company logo for the past three years but we want to go in a different direction now. We need a fresh perspective from someone that is new to the company and can just look at the products we offer and come back to us with some solid ideas.

Somewhere out there is a designer that can show us the right way to use the concept of flexible vinyl or flexible PVC and put the product and text together in such a way that it makes sense. All the people using doors with doorknobs please visit the website and look at our products. They are flexible traffic doors (PVC strip doors, Flexible PVC Impact Doors). The Strip Doors are our primary product. We also sell rolls of PVC. Since all of the products are surrounding the theme of flexible pvc we should try to think of ways to incorporate that into the logo design.

I added several logos which I liked alot. Many of them illustrate the concept of alluding to the product the company offers, while still being iconic. Notice Gotham Books and how they use the books to make the building (Gotham). Very cool and creative. If you come up with something that can do the same for us with our products you will have a great chance in this contest.

The name of the company is Clearway (we don't want to use the tagline in the logo anymore so please don't add it). Also the name of the company will be Clearway (not ClearWay or Clear Way) So either capitalize the C or capitalize all letters.

    Dude, you yourself don't know what you're talking about. You state a type of logo you like and when someone posts such a logo, you deny it without a word. This is seriously not good, I regret wasting my time in your contest.

      This is a contest. People submit their best work, and after 10 days a winner is chosen and paid a prize. I offer my feedback and suggestions about the submissions and offer other logos that I like to show people the style that is interesting to me. There is nothing wrong with any of it. If you don't wish to participate, OK, no problem. And yes, of course designers are more creative than me. I'm not a designer. And you couldn't be more wrong about whether I appreciate the efforts of the contestants. I truly do. This is very important to me and I take the process very seriously. But I don't appreciate message board trolls that are just bringing negativity into something that shouldn't be negative.

    Same typography, same lines (but arrange them vertically and make each one equal in distance to each other). This would be a top 5 logo immediately so long as it closely follows the one in the link.

    I think we have exhausted the idea of showing a PVC Strip Door in the logo and you all have created some very good looking options with that idea in mind. Now we need some logos to compete with those in case we decide we don't want to have a PVC Strip Door in the logo. #182 is a good example of a logo that could be considered a door but it's not obvious. Maybe it is just a cool looking symbol. We need some logos in that "family" so we can have some good competition. We are not 100% decided if we want to show one of our products in the logo because it limits the company from introducing new products. Something more general may be more practical. At the same time, we don't need something completely irrelevant to the concept of the company. #182 is a good one because we can see that these could be doors, they could be PVC strips, there is a little bit left to the imagination.
