Hi guys,

Welcome to the logo design contest. What I am looking for here is a logo for an online shopping service site named "Jibbit". The service part means that I am not selling products but connect people to products. It is like the opposite of normal shopping, or flipped upside down, or back to front so feel free to use those concepts. In fact they would be ideal. The other key is that the selling point is that it is 'simple' so keep that in mind because the logo needs to be simple.

I want the word "Jibbit" to be the logo itself as it is an unusual word. You could also use the "J" as the logo but the entire word must be there. I have listed some tips that you may want to consider below, however the most important feature is that it must be clean and with very striking colours.

Here a few ideas I've had for you to consider:

The logo is likely to go onto a white background.
I love striking colours. Colour is essential, preferably neon type colours.
It can be as simple as you like. I love simplicity but it must be very modern.
Don't include too many elements.
Make sure it is clean.

A few of the designs already have given me a few ideas which is awesome, thanks. They are:
1. I would like it to clearly indicate "shopping" in some form.
2. Building on the simple theme, a check mark/tick could be effective to show that it us a one stop shop, is as good as done, ticked off etc.

These are just ideas, feel free to consider all or none of these. The best way is to keep checking my ratings on existing entries.

I need two separate files, one with the logo to go onto websites etc and one iphone app icon. Please provide all designs in PSD format.

The upside down letters and back to front logos are appealing. Some are looking great and I will rate many more soon. Further emphasis on connecting may be good. Maybe a signal type thing (waves, circles, wifi symbol... Those types of things) or people helping people. Kind of like crowd sourced stuff.
