Contest Brief

My brother is getting married and we're having a bux party/stag do to celebrate before hand.

His name is tom and were having it Oktoberfest themed, hence the name 'okTOMberfest'.

Ideally the design has:

1) the name, playing up the 'Tom' part of the name
2) maybe a German theme?
3) maybe a picture of Tom (though not essential)

It will be used on emails and on t-shirts I intend to get made

Are Tshirts going to bee screen-printed or by Direct to Garnish method? This is essential as it determines whether you are going to need a vector version or just simple jpg.
