HINT:
No. 16 is the getting close
I like the blue and the font colour for Oceans Cloud (Black for Oceans blue for Cloud) this one is missing an s on Oceans too.
The cloud needs to be more minimal and used to the left of Oceans Cloud rather than above it.

Can you try using half a cloud (just the outline) and writing coming out of it? Image left. One thing I haven't seen yet is the write font for Ocean's Cloud
