  Hi again. Last but not least - each logo need to have a designed space for phone, address, e-mail. I set up that space under the line - could be black font or same color as the of the "Tokyo Condo". Also, any institutional logo need to have a space for slogan or attracting text (like "new", "hot offer etc.). In my proposal that text can be placed in the "sky" corner and could be in any language - Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Malayan ...

  Dear Content Holder, I am happy you have evaluated my proposal. I would like to add that I have designed the logo in a way to be bold, institutional (that is why is simple) and easy to remember. I have thought not only for the logo itself but also in its use in brochures, leaflets, business cards, envelopes, web site etc. At last but not least, the cityscape and the letters can be used separately.

     Hi. Thanks for the entry. I appreciate the way you designed your logo to be simple and compact so that it is easy to be used on all kinds of medias. There is an explicit feel of "the land of the rising sun" but I fear that it might be leave a negative impression for people from Korea and China. It might be bad for a global business you see :)

  In a high resolution (size) the city's sketch is more detailed. The drawing is vector, so it can be sized to the desired shape. Thank you for feedback.
