I need a badge designed that can be showcased on partner websites.

- It must be in high quality jpeg format and .psd
- Background must be transparent
- Badge to include the attached logo (MO logo no text.png)
- See attached sample badge (BADGE.psd) for idea (feel free to change shape)
- Colours to be Canada Red, White and black
- Simple is best
- Includes the words "OFFICIAL PARTNER OF THE GLOBAL MOUNTAIN TRIBE"
- Include outdoor images / outlines: Mountains, lakes, rivers, etc.
- Looking for lots more graphics in the future, so winner can expect further business
