Contest Brief

I need a logo that has to be professional looking, clear and easy to read and flat i.e. no 3D elements and no shadows to the words, straight line or graphical element.

My budget consists of 35 Dollars US.
The words I need are : DaVinci Digital Dreams. It is explained in the appropriate reference file how they should look like and how they have to fit within the overall format of the logo.

The reference images articulate how I need my logo to look like.
> One reference file for lettering style.
> One reference file regarding the overall format of the logo.
> One reference file regarding the format/design of the graphical element.
> One reference file depicting the colour of the graphical element,words and vertical straight line.

Note: the background should be white.
