Design a Logo for lawyer website

Contest Brief

Here is the homepage: http://www.dennisandsmithlaw.com and they are strictly a bankruptcy lawfirm. I need it to match the colors of the website (the current logo is a stock image and blends in too much with the picture background as you can see) but the large photo is the actual photo we will be using.

It DOES need to be a clear background as the stock image has, it just needs to stand out against the current background. I like simple, not crazy. It needs to be professional, corporate style fonts with the simple logo in the middle (as the current stock photo has) which I will use that logo in the middle for the favicon as well.

This will also be going on their business cards.
