Design a Logo for Home Technology Company

Contest Brief

Company: TechHQ (www.techhq.com.au)

What the company does: technology solutions for home or business, focus is on home theatres, audio systems, home security, and CCTV

How they do it: they pick the perfect technology to suit the client's needs and budget, and always install it such that it fits into the room perfectly - clean, beautiful, professional

The logo: the existing logo is attached. The client likes this in that the T and HQ are capitalised, but they want a bit of a refresh to modernise the logo.

Requirements:
- Logo should be focussed on the same ethos as the company - that aesthetics are the biggest differentiator (they install a home theatre that has the right tech and at the right price and also looks great) - and they're modern
- They are trying to focus more on the female market - eg. women who are the final decision makers about protecting their family via home security or systems or choosing the right home theatre that works brilliantly (which the man loves) but also looks great in the room (which the woman loves)
- Keep T and HQ large/capitalised, keep bold emphasis on HQ
- Logo should be on plain background, produce colour version and reverse
- Keep colours to a minimum - 1-2 colours max
- Consider different font treatment or style of the logo
- No background on the logo (no tv framework)

It'd be great if we can choose a winner and then make any small amends required. Please don't submit if you're not willing to make minor amends to get it perfect.

Final logo will need to be outputted in all formats - eps, jpg, etc. in full hi-res etc.
