Contest Brief
Company Background
• E2E Managed IT Limited is a new managed IT service company that will advice and service organisations in the following verticals; SME corporate, Enterprise size organisations with 500+ seats, as well as the Education sector that have that have a need for outsourcing their IT support. We are able to take on the complete support if a company does not have IT support, as well as augment with existing onsite IT teams to enhance the delivery of IT.
• Our expertise is in all aspects of IT management, from conception to birth and beyond, including the following areas:
o Complete IT architecture design
o Hardware and software procurement
o Project implementation
o Ongoing support at all levels from infrastructure to desktop
• E2E managed IT Limited has access to a wide range of local and global/offshore service providers. However, services are provided completely independently of service providers.
• Services range from high level reviews to consultancy, tendering and contracting appointments. Also including cost/benefits analysis for procurement projects.
• E2E uses a network of subject matter experts across an evaluation exercise (benchmarking, tender process, contract negotiation) and involving up to date subject matter expertise (IT, Telecommunications, HRO services) where necessary to minimise project timeline and realise potential benefits as early as possible.
• A number of techniques and models can be used again to realise potential project benefits as early as possible.
Branding Requirements
The branding should be easily related to by all three of our focus verticals:
• E2E = End to End service for SME
• E2E = Enterprise to Enterprise
• E2E = Enterprise to Education
The key brand messages that need to be reflected in a newly designed logo/brand should show that E2E Managed IT Limited offers:
• A trusted partner
• A high value business-to-business professional service
• That it is easy to do business with
• A focus on cost savings and service improvement
• A sense of urgency in the work carried out
The new brand should:
• Preferably be cost-effective and practical to implement in print / online / video media (i.e. white on black print may be impractical for many print media)
• Not include any non-copyrighted material
• Preferably use a colour scheme/fonts readily available from printers, etc.
The strap line of “You will profit from our expertise” is liked but not cast in stone and can be open to change if felt that a change is needed. The message also needs to portray “we will focus on your IT, so you can focus on your business”
Examples of strong brands that clearly reflect a company’s purpose are:
Pizza Hut (name is what you buy), Prada (design), Sony (technology leadership)
